Baby Shower Planning Made Easy!

Don’t get overwhelmed with all the things that go into planning a baby shower! Just break it up into small parts and your shower will go smoothly.
You can make it even easier on yourself by getting another friend to co-host the shower with you. This divides the cost and time you will have to spend. Then, consult with the mother-to-be. Ask her if she has a theme she would like, such as a color or character based on the baby’s nursery décor.

Find out where she is registered and everyone to invite, as well as their addresses and emails. Next you can go ahead with the invitations. See what the store has available, make your own, or use ecards. Send these out one month in advance to let guests prepare. Include a map, RSVP and registry information on the invitations. Decide what games you will have at the party.

Baby shower madlibs and pin the diaper on the baby are fun, easy ways to go. If you have prizes for the winners, plan on buying those as well. Pick what appetizers and drinks you will have, and order or make the cake. Plan what order the shower will go in, such as toasts , games, presents, and finally, food and cake.

Plan on small favors, like pink and blue candies, or candles with a ribbon tied around them, for the guests. Follow these easy guidelines and you are on your way to planning a fabulous baby shower!
